PJB Publications, publisher of Scrip magazine has been sold for £150m.

PJB Publications was set up by Dr Philip Brown, FRPharmS, in 1976 with an investment of £2,000. The company, owned by Dr Brown together with his wife and two children, was sold to Informa, a publisher of trade magazines and conference organiser.
