Scottish prescriptions

All doctors and dentists in Scotland should now be using new-style prescription forms. The Practitioner Services Division has said that it does not expect to see old-style forms dated after 31 January 2004. It will process old forms for February. Pharmacists should inform surgeries continuing to use old-style forms that they are no longer valid.
