Makeover for Society website

A makeover of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society's website (www.rpsgb.org) includes a new home page offering options for both membership and public enquiries.
The makeover comes in response to feedback from Society members, who
found that the large volume of material on the site sometimes made it
difficult to track down the information they were looking for.
The makeover is the first part of a project to turn the Society’s
website into a one-stop resource for all professional and general pharmacy
enquiries.
Mary Snell, the Society’s website editor, says: “The revamped
website has a completely fresh design and feel, with the new homepage
giving visitors the opportunity of viewing a new series of pages aimed
at the public. The Society is involved in many areas of work and there
is an increasing demand from members and the public alike to access information
via our website.
“The next task will be to improve the way we provide access to
this information, so that the visitor will want to come back to the site
time and time
again.”
