Welsh Executive briefing day

On 9 March the Welsh Executive of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society held a briefing day for pharmacists employed in local health boards in Wales. The agenda covered professional issues such as clinical governance, managing poor performance and integrating primary care pharmacy services with social care. There was an opportunity to examine how the Welsh Executive engages with pharmacists working in local health boards and Council member Sally Greensmith led a session on the developing role of primary care pharmacists.
