Amiodarone and paramedics

Amiodarone may be added to the list of medicines that ambulance paramedics can administer parenterally. Consultation on a plan to allow the use of amiodarone to treat ventricular fibrillation or pulse-less ventricular tachycardia, refractory to three defribillating shocks runs until 16 June.
