No election to take place this year for the Scottish Executive
There is to be no election to the Royal Pharmaceutical Society's Scottish Executive this year.
The Society’s Scottish Department has announced that when nominations
closed on 16 April just six candidates had been nominated for the six
vacancies, making an election unnecessary.
The names of the nominated pharmacists, who will serve on the executive
until 2007, will not be announced until the annual general meeting of
the Scottish Department, which is to be held in Edinburgh on 16 June.
