New support programme for implementing NICE guidance

The National Institute for Clinical Excellence launched a new programme last week to support the implementation of its guidance in the NHS. It has also redesigned its website to include a section to support those responsible for this implementation. The new section presents examples of good practice, information on the impact of NICE guidance on patient care and an area for exchanging ideas or discussing problems and feeding back to NICE. The website now also has an improved search facility and features to make it easier for visually impaired users (see www.nice.org.uk).
