Mystery shopping

I would have to reveal my identity

If I were acting as a mystery shopper and given advice or supplied with a product which was considered inappropriate or even dangerous, I would feel that I should reveal my identity immediately and express my concerns for the sake of the next customer or patient in similar circumstances.
