SOS to appeal Court decision

The Save Our Society group is to appeal against the High Court's summary dismissal of its case against the Royal Pharmaceutical Society (PJ, 29 May, p659). The Court of Appeal confirmed that an appeal had been received but a date for the hearing has yet to be set.
