Changes to the Scottish Executive announced
Findlay Hickey, Alistair Jack, Annamarie McGregor and Asgher Mohammed have joined, and Pat Murray and Margaret Ryan have rejoined, the Scottish Executive, it was announced at the Scottish Department's annual general meeting on 16 June. There were not enough candidates to require an election.
At a meeting of the Scottish Executive following the AGM, Angela Timoney,
consultant in pharmaceutical public health, NHS Tayside, was elected
chairman and Rose Marie Parr, director of pharmacy, NHS Education for
Scotland, was elected vice-chairman of the Scottish Executive.
Previously, Christine Gilmour was co-opted onto the Scottish Executive
to fill the vacant place that was created when Clare Mackie relinquished
her position.
