NHS Live: projects provide forum to share best practice
A national NHS programme “NHS live” launched this week aims to find new ways of providing health care services to patients.
A total of 349 NHS and social care organisations taking part over the
next year have each chosen a “local learning project”. For
example, the project selected by Leeds North East Primary Care Trust
is to link patients with a community pharmacist for minor ailments. The
programme is designed to provide a forum for project leaders to exchange
ideas and spread good practice.
Boots Plc, AstraZeneca and Pfizer UK are among six private sector organisations
invited to partner the programme to share their expertise of a customer
sensitive approach. |
