Duloxetine for incontinence

Duloxetine, a serotonin inhibitor being developed as a therapy for depression, may prove to be of benefit for women with stress urinary incontinence.

Data presented at an incontinence conference held in Monte Carlo last month reveal that duloxetine decreases the frequency of incontinence episodes compared with placebo (P<0.001).
