Welsh Executive produces medicines management briefing for pharmacists
The Welsh Executive of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society has produced a briefing paper for pharmacists on pharmacy involvement in medicines management.
The 18-page document highlights the various forms of medicines management,
the importance of medicines management and how pharmacists continue to
evolve their part of the medicines management process for the benefit
of patients.
It describes the role being undertaken by pharmacists in Wales as part
of the medicines management process. It brings together resources and
references and is intended to act as a spur to pharmacists who may find
the initial engagement in the medicines management process daunting.

be downloaded as a PDF file from the Welsh Executive website or can be obtained in hard copy from the Welsh Executive office at Gloucester
