Welsh Executive endorses new draft Charter

The Welsh Executive of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society unanimously supports the new draft Charter agreed by the Council on 30 June and urges members in Wales to vote “yes” in the current ballot of members.

The executive’s new chairman, Mair Davies, said: “The Welsh Executive has fully considered and debated the new draft Charter, together with its implications for the Society’s work in Wales and its relationship with the Government and other stakeholders in Wales.”

The executive continues to support the Council’s decision to update the Society’s Charter and to ensure that the new Charter will support the Society’s work with a devolved government.
