Letters to the Editor

Broad spectrum

No clout

From Mr P. Robinson, MRPharmS

The Broad spectrum article entitled “Pharmacists are willing to extend their roles and change their practice” (PJ, 17 July, p82) draws confident, sweeping and concrete conclusions from a study which targeted less that 0.5 per cent of the membership.

Apart from its propaganda value, which is all too apparent, this inadequate study provides no more clout than a puff of wind.
