Keep outdated BNFs for Pharmaid collection

The Commonwealth Pharmaceutical Association’s annual collection of outdated copies of the British National Formulary will take place from 8 to 12 November. The CPA will be collecting copies of the 46th edition (blue cover) and 47th edition (yellow cover).

The books will be shipped to developing countries where local representatives will distribute them to pharmacists, doctors, nurses, dentists and other health professionals.

Copies can be sent to CPA, 1 Lambeth High Street, London SE1 7JN. Alternatively, copies can be taken to any pharmacy stocking AAH products, and AAH drivers will collect them. Details of these stores can be obtained from Kay Collings on 024 7643 2453.

Any copies of the 33rd edition of “Martindale — the complete drug reference” will also be accepted.
