Ranitidine damages are £94.5m

The NHS in England wants to acquire £94.5m from five generics companies it has accused of profiteering. Generics UK Ltd, Ranbaxy UK Ltd, Norton Healthcare Ltd, Norton Pharmaceuticals Ltd and Kent Pharmaceuticals Ltd are being sued for the recovery of excess profits the NHS believes they made after alleged collusion to restrict supplies of ranitidine.
