Welsh smoking Bill launched

A Bill was read in Parliament this week to give the National Assembly for Wales the powers to ban smoking in workplaces and enclosed public places. The Bill, proposed by Julie Morgan, MP for Cardiff North, is likely to have a second reading in March.
