Co-op promotes Valentine’s organ donation

Co-op Pharmacy is encouraging its customers to think about organ donation by giving away specially designed organ donor Valentine’s cards. The cards have been produced in conjunction with the charity UK Transplant and contain information about how to join the NHS organ donor register.

The initiative was launched by health minister Rosie Winterton at a Co-op pharmacy in Southampton this week.
