Arrhythmia NSF

Publication of a national service framework on arrhythmias was expected this week after The Journal went to press. A spokeswoman for the Department of Health confirmed that Health Secretary John Reid was likely to announce the new NSF during a meeting on coronary heart disease being held in Birmingham from 3–4 March.

Arrhythmia awareness week runs from 2–9 March.
