SPAC abolished

The Standing Pharmaceutical Advisory Committee, which currently has no members and has not met since 1999, has been abolished. The committee used to advise the Department of Health on pharmacy matters. It is no longer needed because national pharmacy bodies have access to ministers and meet regularly with officials.
