The summary of product characteristics for Sustiva (efavirenz: Bristol-Myers Squibb) now states that Sustiva must not be administered concurrently with voriconazole because efavirenz decreases voriconazole plasma concentrations while voriconazole also increases efavirenz plasma concentrations.
