May special Council meeting

The Council of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society held a special meeting in London on 24 May. News about various matters raised at the meeting appears on this page. Attendance Those present at the meeting were the President (Nicholas Wood), the Vice-President (Hemant Patel), the Treasurer (John Jolley), Gerald Alexander, Martin Astbury, Shiv Bagga, Sultan Dajani, Digby Emson, Phillida Entwistle, Davan Eustace, Alison Ewing, Christine Glover, Nicola Gray, Gill Hawksworth, Patricia Hoare, Clive Jackson, Bob Michell, Graham Phillips, Douglas Simpson, Linda Stone, Noel Wicks and the Secretary and Registrar (Ann Lewis). Also present were the chairman of the Society’s Scottish Executive (Angela Timoney) and the chairman of the Welsh Executive (Mair Davies).
