PSNC produced template for fitness to practise notification

The Pharmaceutical Services Negotiating Committee has produced a template for pharmacists to use to notify their primary care trust of matters relating to their fitness to practise. The template is electronic and can be accessed at www.psnc.org.uk together with guidance to primary care trusts issued by the Department of Health.

All pharmacy contractors who were on a pharmaceutical list on 1 April must complete their notification by 3 October. The PSNC advises pharmacists to address any queries they may have as soon as possible since it may not be possible for the PSNC to meet demand for help at the last minute.
