MedicinesComplete online service is given a new look

MedicinesComplete, the online drug information subscription service from the Pharmaceutical Press (the publications division of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society) has been given a new look. MedicinesComplete provides online access to a range of drug and health care references sources.

The new look for the website has been developed to improve navigation through the site, with menu options highlighting key areas. Other features include PowerPoint demonstrations within each reference to illustrate how to get the most out of each MedicinesComplete resource.

A new resource is the interactive tool Stockley’s Interactions Alerts. The alerts, updated regularly, are based on the full text of ‘Stockley’s Drug interactions’ and provide clinical evidence and guidance on interactions between specific pairs of drugs or other substances.

Subscribers now have easier access to their account details and preferences. Visitors to the site can choose a subscription to match their needs, and pricing for individuals is calculated automatically. Information areas within the site allow subscribers to keep up to date with the latest news and products available from the site.

Peter Goacher, international sales manager, digital content, said: “The new features present a clean and contemporary feel to the site, making it clear and easy to use. MedicinesComplete is continually developing its services and content to ensure that it develops in line with health care professionals’ information requirements.”

Further information on MedicinesComplete is available from its website (www.medicinescomplete.com), by e-mail (sales@medicinescomplete.com) or by telephone (020 7572 2464). Comments on the website are welcome and can be e-mailed to feedback@medicinescomplete.com
