Home oxygen service on hold

DeVilbiss Medequip, which failed to win a new Department of Health home oxygen service contract, has been granted an injunction halting progress with the scheme.

A DoH statement said: “DeVilbiss Medequip has served proceedings on the NHS Purchasing and Supply Agency and the Department of Health in relation to the new contracts for home oxygen services in England. Discussions are continuing between the parties concerned.”
