The National Patient Safety Agency invites proposals for posters and presentations that demonstrate local initiatives for improving patient safety. Successful submissions will be presented at the NPSA conference in Birmingham in February 2006. Proposals can be submitted via www.patientsafety2006.nhs.uk from 1 September. Closing date 30 September.
