Council backs national boards

The Royal Pharmaceutical Society is to go ahead with establishing the proposed national pharmacy boards for England, Scotland and Wales (see p173).

The Society’s Council has approved the idea after considering the response to its consultation on the recommendations of the Devolution Review Group. The consultation attracted more than 210 responses from individual members and more than 30 from pharmacy organisations and groups.
