Prescription refunds

A new version of the FP57 NHS prescription charges receipt form has been made available in Scotland. The FP57 (0405) will replace the FP57 (0403) once current stocks are exhausted. No other changes to existing arrangements for prescription charge refunds are being made at the moment.
