Clinical governance survey

The National Audit Office wants to examine whether primary care trusts in England are achieving improvements in patient care through better clinical governance. The findings will be reported to Parliament. The NAO wants community and primary care pharmacists to complete a questionnaire, which can be found on the NAO website (www.nao.org.uk).
