Resuscitation guidelines

Resuscitation guidelines now state that the ratio of chest compressions to ventilations for all adults and children (except newborn babies) is 30:2. This is an increase from a ratio of 15:2.

The UK Resuscitation Council updated its advice last month in line with international recommendations.
