People undertaking the annual haj Muslim pilgrimage should ensure that they are vaccinated against meningococcal infection, the chief medical officer for England, Sir Liam Donaldson, warned this week. Proof of vaccination with the quadrivalent A, C, W135, Y vaccine is a visa requirement for Saudi Arabia.
