New fifth edition of excipients handbook

A fifth edition of ‘Handbook of pharmaceutical excipients’ has been published by Pharmaceutical Press, the Royal Pharmaceutical Society's publishing imprint.

Edited by Raymond Rowe, Paul Sheskey and Siân Owen, the guide has been fully revised and updated. Fifty new monographs, including agar, boric acid, erythritol, inulin and lauric acid, bring the total to 300.
