PSNC contractor election results in just two changes

This year's election for contractor representatives on the Pharmaceutical Services Negotiating Committee has resulted in only two changes to the committee's elected membership.

The two new representatives are Mahesh Shah (North-west Thames), who defeated two rivals, and Mark Burdon (Northern), who was elected unopposed. Other members re-elected were Garry Myers (Trent), Dilip Joshi (South-east Thames), Rakesh Panesar (West Midlands) and Mark Collins (North Western).

Richard Hazlehurst (Yorkshire), Dhiren Bhatt (East Anglia), Bharat Patel (North-east Thames), Indrajit Patel (South-west Thames), Gary Warner (Wessex), Kalpesh Patel (Oxford), Ian Cubbin (Mersey) and Phil Parry (Wales) were re-elected unopposed.

The newly constituted PSNC takes office on 1 April.
