Ipsen has implemented a NutropinAq pen replacement programme. After 23 months of use, the battery of each NutropinAq pen will lose its charge and “bt” will flash on the pen’s liquid crystal display. Patients and health professionals should request a replacement by telephoning 0800 0964283.
