Drug misuse Bill

Proposals for all drug misusers to receive individual care plans within seven days of seeking help were put forward in Scotland last month. This is the central aim of a Member’s Bill proposed by Rosemary Byrne, Scottish Socialist Party MSP for the South of Scotland.

A consultation will run until 21 July 2006 (PDF 270K).
