1m prescriptions sent by ETP

More than a million electronic prescriptions have now been transmitted by NHS Connecting for Health's electronic prescription service. Up to 9 May, 1,065,067 prescriptions had been transmitted.

Meanwhile, the Pharmaceutical Services Negotiating Committee confirmed this week that no deadlines have yet been set for pharmacy contractors to implement electronic transmission of prescriptions.
