Pfizer to sell OTC business to J&J

Pfizer has reached an agreement to sell its consumer health care business to Johnson & Johnson. The purchase will result in an after-tax revenue of about $13.5bn for Pfizer, which the company is expected to invest in research and development and the acquisition of new products and technologies.
