Society and BPSA in “valuable” meeting

A liaison meeting on 17 July between the British
Pharmaceutical Students Association and the Royal Pharmaceutical Society was “extremely valuable”, according to BPSA president Gautam Paul.
Mr Paul said that the meeting was valuable to BPSA both for representing
student views to the Society and for learning how the association can
interact with the Society further. He added: “It is vital that
the Society continues to work with the BPSA as [its members] are the
future of the profession.”
Other BPSA representatives at the meeting were vice-president Nisha Thakrar,
president elect Jen De Val, vice-president elect Amy Lepiorz, treasurer
elect Lynzie Dagg, and secretary general Bev Stevens.The Society’s
representatives included the President, Hemant Patel, and the Treasurer,
John Jolley.
