Crisis management plan

The European Medicines Agency has developed a pandemic influenza crisis management plan (PDF 210K).

Detailed procedures have been set up for fast-track approval of pandemic flu vaccines via the centralised procedure, for post-authorisation follow-up of centrally authorised pandemic flu vaccines and antivirals, and to react to any safety signals arising from the use of non-centrally authorised antivirals.
