Accreditation soon for independent prescribing conversion courses

The first batch of courses accredited for pharmacist independent prescribers is shortly to be announced by the Royal Pharmaceutical Society.

The first courses will be conversion courses for existing supplementary prescribers.

At its meeting on 22 November, the Council’s Education Committee heard that an announcement about the first tranche was expected during the week commencing 4 December.
