Members invited to attend opening ceremony for the Society's new Welsh office
Members of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society are being invited to apply to attend a celebration of both the first meeting of the new Welsh Pharmacy Board and the opening of the Society's new headquarters for Wales.
The new
premises, which the Society’s Cardiff staff moved into
last month (PJ, 16 December 2006, p754) will be officially opened on
Tuesday 6 February by Brian Gibbons, AM, the Minister for Health and
Social Services in the Welsh Assembly Government.
The opening ceremony will take place at 7.30pm and the Welsh Pharmacy
Board will host a reception with buffet from 6.30pm onwards.
Places at the event are limited and will be allocated on a first come,
first served basis. Members interested in attending are asked to contact
the Welsh Office by e-mail (wales@rpsgb.org).
