Sildenafil, tadalafil and vardenafil are all safe and effective for the treatment of erectile dysfunction in men with diabetes, a paper published in the Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews has concluded.

The review included eight placebo-controlled studies involving 1,717 men (published online on 24 January 2007).
