Ann Lewis to retire in autumn

Ann Lewis, who has been Secretary and Registrar of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society since 1998, has announced that she is to retire in the autumn.

“It has been my privilege to have been in a position where I have been able to help the pharmacy profession confirm its clinical role at the start of the 21st century,” she said.

In an interview she has given to The Journal discussing her association with the Society in London — which stretches back 20 years — she said she would not haunt the future.
