NHS BSA
The NHS Business Services Authority is researching the service of its prescription pricing division.

Staff from KGS Ltd, based in East Yorkshire, will be conducting the research. In May 2007, they will be telephoning pharmacists in north east England, GP practice managers and primary care trusts asking them to attend focus groups. They will then select a sample of 300 participants across England to complete a telephone survey during June and July.

The research will cover areas such as how payments are made, information provision and customer service. The NHS BSA asks that those invited to take part in this exercise take the time to make a difference to the service it provides.
