New health ministers for Scotland now announced
Scotland's new health ministers have now been announced but it has yet to be decided who will take the lead on pharmacy.
The new cabinet was formed last week following the Scottish National
Party’s successful performance in the Scottish Parliamentary election.
Nicola Sturgeon MSP (SNP, Glasgow Govan) has been appointed Cabinet Secretary
for Health and Wellbeing. Her ministerial team comprises Shona Robison
MSP (SNP, Dundee East) who has been appointed Minister for Public Health
and Stewart Maxwell MSP (SNP, West of Scotland) who has been appointed
Minister for Communities and Sport.
