The insert, entitled “Anticoagulation therapy: information for community pharmacists”, which was distributed with The Pharmaceutical Journal last month (PJ, 14 April 2007) contained an error.

In Table 2, the maximum recall period during maintenance therapy for patients with a prosthetic valve is six weeks, and not three months as stated.
