Dissatisfaction with Pfizer

More than five out of six pharmacy contractors who responded to a Pharmaceutical Services Negotiating Committee online survey believe that changes to the delivery of Pfizer medicines have adversely affected their ability to provide a service to patients.

The PSNC has submitted the survey results as additional evidence for the Office of Fair Trading’s study of medicines distribution in the UK (PJ, 2 June, p637).

The survey revealed that 88 per cent of respondents confirmed an increase in staff time costs in reconciling invoices.
