PSNC advises on FoI disclosures

Pharmacies in England and Wales have been reminded by the Pharmaceutical Services Negotiating Committee that they can be required to release information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

The July issue of Community Pharmacy News suggests that pharmacies might be asked about information from annual patient satisfaction surveys.
