Late surgeries for Scottish GPs

Doctors in Scotland might be asked to move some of their surgeries to the evenings, with daytime telephone calls being diverted to NHS24.

An NHS24 spokeswoman told The Journal this week that there had been no formal discussions with the Scottish Executive regarding this proposal and that it was simply one of a broad range of options currently being considered.
